Plateau type 12kV vacuum contactor - Single Phase high voltage vacuum contactor, rated voltage 7.2kV, 12kV, rated current 160A~1250A

General Description:

Hai Bang Plateau type 12kV vacuum contactor is dedicated for plateau environment. This type of Single Phase high voltage vacuum contactor is suitable for power systems with AC 50~60Hz, main circuit rated voltage 7.2kV, 12kV, and rated current 160A~1250A. Single Phase Vacuum Contactor is mainly used as a grounding switch when a single-phase ground fault occurs. JCZ1 Plateau type 12kV vacuum contactor is used in arc suppression cabinets and electrical occasions that require single-phase control. The altitude of the environment where the Plateau type single phase vacuum contactor is used does not exceed 5000 meters above sea level.

Application Condition:

  • Ambient Air Temperature: -25℃~+40℃,24-hour average must NOT exceed +35℃;
  • Altitude: 5000m or Lower; The patent design makes it possible for the JCZ1 Single phase Vacuum Contactor to operate safely and stably within the altitude of 5000m above sea level.
  • Relative Humidity: Daily average less than 95%, Monthly average less than 90%, Must NOT exceed 50% when Ambient Air Temperature reaches +40℃;
  • Operation Environment: Ambient air shall not be contaminated by corrosive, flammable or explosive gas and water vapor, Contamination Level: Level III;
  • Installation of Plateau type high voltage vacuum contactor:

When operating, the tilt angle between the surface of installed Plateau type Single Phase Vacuum Contactor and the horizontal plane shall NOT exceed 5°.

Note: In case the above conditions cannot meet the user's requirements, the user can negotiate with the manufacturer for special treatment of the product.
